Bethany Ostapiv
is a North Carolina native and East Carolina University alumna in Sociology and Art. After graduating in 2014, she completed a two-year tattoo apprenticeship under the guidance of mentor, Heather Harlow of Divine Moment Tattooing, Burlington, NC. Bethany has been working in Greenville since late 2017, and opened her private studio, Little Bee Stings Tattoos, in September of 2023.
Bethany employs a wide variety of techniques and skills to achieve the best results for your tattoo. She is able to accomplish a diverse range of tattoo styles, including fine-line and dotwork, illustrative and neotraditional color, florals, geometric, and pet portraits.
Bethany’s work has been recognized at multiple tattoo conventions. She was awarded 2nd Place- Small Color tattoo at the 2019 Ink & Arms Tattoo Convention, Wilmington, NC. Additionally, she received 4th Place- Color Tattoo of the Day and 3rd Place- Medium Color Tattoo at the 2022 Raleigh Tattoo Arts Festival, Raleigh, NC. Since opening in September of 2023, Little Bee Stings Tattoos has placed silver (2023) and bronze (2024) in the local "Best of Pitt County" awards by the Daily Reflector newspaper.
